The evening will start at 7.00p.m with a class of Champagne followed by a short presentation by Professor Nick Sotherton Director of Research for the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust, who will talk about the trusts work and how if funds are raised here it could benefit Jersey as well as the UK.
