Pinel O’Shea has recruited Senior Associate Hannes Botha from Mourant Ozannes. Hannes qualified as an advocate in South Africa and obtained both a bachelors and a masters degree in law, with specialisation in company and tax law. He had been working for Mourant Ozannes in Jersey undertaking investment funds and banking work for nearly four years.
