Bohemia held their first ever open kitchen evening in November, with the restaurant shared with guests in an unprecedented way for one night only. Attendees got the chance to experience life in a Michelin starred kitchen and meet the teams of chefs and front of house staff that make the restaurant the jewel in Jersey’s culinary crown. Champagne flowed and everyone got to sample wines from the restaurant’s huge Grand Format wine collection, whilst enjoying samples and tasting canapés at each kitchen station.
