Will Holland: Big Cheese

The Atlantic’s Executive Chef, Will Holland will be joining James Martin, Michel Roux Jr, Marco Pierre White and a host of other celebrity chefs at the UK’s largest cheese show this week. Held at the Staffordshire County Showground, Love Cheese Live brings together the UK’s best chefs and experts cooking live, the finest dairy brands and selected independent producers.

Over 400 food producers will be in attendance with more than 5,000 entries from all four corners of the world, each bidding to win a prestigious International Cheese and Dairy Award. Will Holland will be taking part in the live demonstrations, cooking some of his favourite cheese recipes and showcasing some of Jersey’s finest local dairy produce.

“This is the 9th year I’ll be taking part in this amazing show which is a real highlight in the cheese and dairy industry calendar. It’s always a fun event and cooking live demonstrations alongside James Martin, Michel Roux Jr and Marco Pierre White will be a great experience.”

“I’ll be taking the amazing Jersey Organic Goat’s Cheese produced locally by Douet Farm along with our Jersey Dairy milk and butter and cooking some of my favourite dishes that really show how wonderful our local dairy produce is.”

Love Cheese Live takes place on the 22nd and 23rd October. For more information about the show and to purchase tickets, visit https://www.lovecheeselive.co.uk/ .
