Bohemia has retained its one Michelin-star status for the 16th consecutive year. Following the annual awards ceremony that took place last night at Fulham’s Hurlingham Club, Bohemia, led by Executive Chef Steve Smith, is the only restaurant in Jersey to hold a Michelin star. This impressive accolade comes fresh off the back of ranking No.1 in the Channel Islands in the 2020 Good Food Guide.

Steve and his team are thrilled, with Tim Phillips, General Manager at The Club Hotel & Spa, commenting: “I’m incredibly proud that Bohemia has retained its star for the 16th year. It’s a testament to the continual hard work of the entire restaurant staff, and I think it’s truly well deserved.”

Since opening, Bohemia has put The Club Hotel & Spa firmly on the gastronomic map as a food-lovers destination. Using only the finest quality, fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, Chef Smith creates exciting modern European dishes and offers a range of tasting menus to suit all occasions.

Those looking for an opportunity to experience the impressive cuisine at Bohemia and to meet Steve Smith and his talented team are in luck, with an exclusive Open Kitchen Evening set to take place on Thursday 7th November from 5-7pm.

The showcase is a ticketed event (£15pp) and guests will enjoy Champagne, wine, canapés and a tour of the kitchens. On the tour you will see and hear what goes into creating some of Steve’s incredible dishes, and feast on canapés at each kitchen station.
