Appetite, the annual food guide published by us at Factory, marks its tenth edition this year with the largest food guide to the island. As we go to print it was great to receive a call from someone in the UK who asked us to send them one over ahead of a trip. We’ll be updating everything online this year but it’s good to know people still love to flick through a comprehensive quality printed guide! This year we have our great directory of local producers from Genuine Jersey, a photoshoot with the teams behind some great local restaurants and the usual market leading roundup of Jersey eateries.
