The ICS – Intelligent Control System is literally incredible and can take all the ‘stress’ out of cooking. It is a fully automatic function that sets all the cooking parameters, from the time to the temperature. It uses sensors that are located within the oven cavity and monitors the entire programme from start to finish ensuring superb results everytime. So when you put in your piece of lamb, it will effectively measure and weigh it and assess its moisture content, then cook it perfectly to your taste (rare, medium or well done) – well done indeed.
