What?s hot right now?
Masterchef ? I?m trying to teach myself how to cook!

If you had to invite two people (alive or dead) to dinner, who would they be?
My friends Kathleen & John, they both died ten years ago when they were 17. I?d love to have one final blow out with them!

Where is your favourite place in Jersey?
For food it would have to be Park House but for somewhere to relax it would have to be Beauport beach in the summer – the cove makes you feel like you could be anywhere in the world.

Where would you go for the perfect holiday?
There?s a place called Coconut Island in the Philippines that has a population of about 20 people, a dog and a couple of monkeys. The beach huts are on pristine white sand overlooking the amazing blue waters and it is the most relaxing, beautiful place I?ve ever been to.

What drives you?
My mum. She was a single parent with not much money so I?ve always tried to work my hardest to make her proud of me.

What?s your next goal?
To put my everything into my position as Fundraising Manager at Jersey Hospice Care. I want to make a difference and I can?t think of a better place to do it.

Who did you last receive a text from and what did it say?
My friend Gemma who I met when travelling. It was planning our re-union for St Paddy?s Day in London.

What did you most enjoy about school?
Without a doubt it has to be the friendships. I went to nursery, primary and secondary school with the same set of girl friends so we?ve seen each other through from ABC?s to GCSE?s and from first boyfriend to first wedding.

What makes you laugh?
My boyfriend Phil (he has the same stupid sense of humour as me); my nanny (we have the knack of cheering each other up); Tickle me Elmo (every time!); and a girls night in (they usually make me cry with laughter).

What is your ideal date?
Being taken to the airport for a surprise weekend trip to Prague, Paris, Barcelona, Vienna? (that?s some weekend… Ed.)

What is the scariest thing that has ever happened to you?
While travelling in Oz I did some grape picking in this remote village. We lived in a horrific house with prison camp beds and peeling wallpaper. One day the landlord came round and told us a murder had taken place! He told us not to worry but then said we should sleep with metal pipes that he dished out. After a few days of no sleep and more slave labour we decided to move on!
