The Sapphire Ball brought revellers together for a sparking event to raise funds for Mind Jersey and awareness of the work they do in Jersey. The organisers said ‘Mental health and wellbeing is extremely important and even though it has become more acceptable to talk about things, there is still be big stigma especially in a small place like Jersey where people don’t feel comfortable enough to open up and get help, raise awareness and break this stigma’. The event included a chance to win, aptly, a real sapphire!
