An evening filled with Devaux champagne, luxury canapes and a leg of Serrano ham; served, made & carved by Paul Insley, Chef & Owner of an exciting new venture – Dine by Design; bespoke catering services. Having worked in all aspects of catering for the past twenty years, Paul has now opened his own company with a new approach to outside catering – offering tailor-made menu packages to suit every occasion in any location. The evening was a great success showcasing a fantastic feast of bite-size creations made from local produce washed down with plenty of bubbles!
