Mark Jordan at the Beach has been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand for the seventh year running – the only restaurant in the Channel Islands to receive this honour. A Bib Gourmand might not be as well-known as the Michelin Star but is hugely popular with followers of the Michelin Guide.
